Chef Michael Lambie teams up with Japanese chef Ikuei Arakane to create Japanese inspired mod-Oz dishes that stun the diner with their simplicity of concept and complexity of flavour. Like Fed Square itself, Taxi pushes the boundaries and challenges perceptions in many ways, but still ultimately remains accessible.
