Carmelita
In North Seattle there is an exceptional vegetarian restaurant; Carmelita, 7314 Greenwood Avenue North. This was our second visit and we were happy to find the food still good. The sunchoke porcini soup with truffle oil was rich and satisfying and the mushroom tortellini with endive cream was the kind of dish you want again next week. Carmelita could use a bit of fine tuning with the service and the wine list didn't offer enough local wine for my taste but I'm happy to see the restaurant is still doing it right.
